We are not a Lakewood Ranch restaurant, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We are a family kitchen on 15th St E that has been feeding this county since 2004 — and we drive catering out to Lakewood Ranch offices, schools and clubs from a $300 minimum order. Trays start at $5 a person.
Quotes usually come back inside the hour while we are open. Under $300 or just want it sooner? Pickup has no minimum — the drive is the same 20 minutes in your car, and the parking lot is free.

What we can and cannot do in Lakewood Ranch
✅Catering delivery — yes
We deliver catering orders to Lakewood Ranch from a $300 minimum. That is a real, scheduled run in one of our own vehicles, booked ahead so the kitchen and the driver are both ready for it.
🚫Regular delivery — no
Our everyday pizza delivery runs a 4-mile radius around the kitchen. Lakewood Ranch is 8.9 miles out, so a normal $2.99 delivery order will not reach you. Catering is the exception, not the rule.
✅Pickup — always
Any order, any size, no minimum. Most pickup orders are boxed and waiting in 15–20 minutes, and there is a free lot at the door. Plenty of Lakewood Ranch regulars just collect the trays themselves.
The drive
8.9 miles of University Parkway, and we know exactly how it behaves
Our kitchen sits at 6711 15th St E, in the Airport Commerce Center just off the county line. There are two ways into Lakewood Ranch from our door, and which one the driver takes depends on where you are.
South & central Lakewood Ranch
This is the run for everything on the University Parkway corridor and for Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Town Center Parkway and the Main Street district. It is a straight shot east once we are on University — no surface-street maze at either end.
North Lakewood Ranch, off SR-70
Anything on the north side — the neighborhoods and offices that hang off Lakewood Ranch Blvd above SR-70 — is reached this way instead. Similar distance, completely different traffic pattern, which matters more than the mileage does.
Season is real and we plan for it. From January through April, University Parkway around I-75 does not move the way it does in August. We do not quote you an August drive time in February — we build the extra minutes in and tell you the honest window when we confirm your order. The one thing we will not do is take a booking we do not think we can land on time.
Who we feed out there
The Lakewood Ranch orders we actually get
Catering out here is overwhelmingly weekday and overwhelmingly work-related. A few patterns we see again and again:
- Offices and corporate suites on Lakewood Ranch Blvd and around Town Center Parkway — quarterly all-hands, client days, closing lunches, the 40-person meeting where nobody wants to leave the building.
- Medical and dental practices along the University Parkway corridor. These are the tightest windows we handle: the food has to be on the table in the gap between patient blocks, not fifteen minutes into it. Tell us the exact minute and we will work backwards from it.
- Schools and boosters — teacher-appreciation weeks, in-service and PD days, band and athletic banquets. Usually booked a week or two out, usually feeding 30 to 100.
- Sports clubs and tournament weekends — Premier Sports Campus and the club fields draw whole travel teams, and a wrap or gyro tray that feeds about 25 is a natural fit for a squad plus parents between games.
- HOA and clubhouse socials — Lakewood Ranch is a gated-community town, and we have done the routine enough times to ask for the gate code before the driver is sitting at the callbox.
- Realtor and builder events — open houses, broker previews and community launches, where the food has to look like it belongs on a table for three hours and not just for the first twenty minutes.

What $300 actually looks like. A team of about 25 clears the minimum without trying: one Italian wrap or gyro tray (~$200) plus a party salad tray at $5 a head (~$125) is already $325 — sandwiches, salad and bread for the whole room. Three lasagna trays run about $300 and feed roughly 30. A 12-person meeting will not get there, and we would rather say so now: come pick it up, or bundle it with the department down the hall.

Timing
How far ahead to order — and the one deadline that matters
A day ahead is ideal
24 hours’ notice lets the kitchen build your trays into the day instead of around it, and lets us slot the Lakewood Ranch run where it will not collide with the lunch rush. For anything over 50 people, or anything on a Friday, give us the extra day.
Same day is usually fine
We take same-day catering whenever the kitchen can absorb it — call and ask, we will tell you straight away. Because Lakewood Ranch is a 40-minute round trip, aim your call at 10:30 AM for a noon drop-off rather than the 11:00 AM we can get away with locally.
Recurring orders get easier
If you feed the same team every week, the gate code, the suite, the two vegetarians and the tray you always order stop being something you have to explain. Say so on the quote and we will set it up once.
What to tell us so the drop-off is boring
- Suite and floor, not just the street address — office parks out here all look alike from the lot.
- Gate code or the guest list if you are behind a gate or a callbox. This is the single most common reason a driver loses ten minutes.
- Where the trays go — front desk, break room, conference table. We will carry them to the room you name.
- A phone that will be answered at drop-off time, not a switchboard that rolls to voicemail at 11:55.
- The hard deadline, if there is one. “Before the 12:15 block starts” is more useful to us than “around lunchtime”.
