Every catering order ships in insulated delivery bags designed to keep pizzas at 140°F+ and cold salads below 40°F. For 30+ guest events, we provide stainless chafing dishes with gel fuel, cutlery, compostable plates, napkins, and serving utensils. For corporate boxed lunches, each individual meal ships in a sealed kraft-paper box with a label — great for socially distanced office settings or conferences where guests grab-and-go.
Dietary restrictions are handled on a separate prep station to avoid cross-contact. We offer gluten-free pizza crust (available for any topping combination) and vegetarian options including Spinach Pie, the Veggie Pilgrim pizza and tomato-based pastas. Pizza can be made without cheese for dairy-free guests, and nut-free preparations are available on request.
