Our salads are built to order, not scooped out of a pre-made tub. Greens, tomato, cucumber and onion are cut in the kitchen, mozzarella goes on last, and dressing always comes on the side so nothing wilts on the way home. Fresh bread on request.
Salad Menu
Every salad comes in two sizes. Medium is a side or a light lunch; large eats as a full meal.
Greek Salad
Feta, tomato, red onion, olives and greens with tangy Greek dressing. Our single most-ordered non-pizza item — add gyro meat or chicken and it becomes dinner.
Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine, classic Caesar dressing, Parmesan and crunchy croutons. The one to order alongside a pizza.
Garden Salad
Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and mozzarella with your choice of dressing. The simplest and least expensive way to get greens on the table.
Chef Salad
Smoked turkey, ham and mozzarella over greens, cucumber and ripe tomato. A full lunch without adding a protein.
Antipasto Salad
Italian meats, olives, tomatoes and mozzarella tossed over crisp greens and fresh vegetables. The heartiest thing on this page.
Greek Pasta Salad
Rotini with lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber and feta in our house vinaigrette. Holds up best of all six for takeout and catering trays.

You want the Greek thing
Greek Salad, large, with gyro meat added. It is the same lamb-and-beef gyro cone we use for our gyros in Sarasota, and it turns an $11.99 salad into a complete meal for under $16.
You are ordering pizza and want greens with it
Medium Caesar or medium Garden. Or order at lunch instead: two slices with a side garden salad is $11.49 on our Sarasota lunch specials, Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm.
You want salad as the whole meal, no add-ons
Large Chef at $13.49 or large Antipasto at $13.99. Both come loaded with meat and cheese already, so there is nothing else to add.
You are feeding a group or taking it to an office

Made to order. The greens and vegetables are cut in the kitchen after your ticket prints, and mozzarella goes on last. Dressing comes on the side by default so a takeout salad does not wilt on the way home.
Can I get a salad delivered in Sarasota?
Yes, within 4 miles of 6711 15th St E. Delivery is $2.99 with a $15 minimum and usually runs 30 to 45 minutes with our own drivers. Outside that radius, salads are available for pickup at the counter.
Do you have a pizza and salad lunch combo?
Yes. Two slices with a side garden salad is $11.49, and two slices with a salad and a drink is $11.69. Both run Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm on our lunch specials.
