If the pasta is going in a box, some dishes hold far better than others. This is what we would tell you at the counter.
Best for delivery and takeout
Meat lasagna, chicken parmesan and the two baked-sauce spaghettis. They are dense, sauced through, and they keep their temperature for the 30 to 45 minutes a delivery run takes.
Fine either way
Both Alfredos and both pesto penne dishes. Ask for the sauce heavy if it is a long ride — cream and pesto tighten up as they cool.
Worth eating in the dining room
Shrimp scampi. The shrimp keeps cooking in a closed box. If you are picking it up, we are five minutes from I-75 exit 217, so it is a short drive either way.

Dinner entrees run $15.99 to $17.99 and all come with a garlic breadstick. Lunch pastas are $12.49 to $12.99 Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm. A side garden, Greek or Caesar salad is $4.49.
Which pasta is best for takeout?
Meat lasagna and chicken parmesan. Both are baked, dense and sauced through, so they keep their heat on the drive. Shrimp scampi is the one dish we would rather you ate in the dining room.
