Eleni’s Pizza Works texts — effective October 21, 2026

Program description

Eleni’s Pizza Works texts (“the Program”, program name: Eleni’s Pizza Works Club & Order Follow-up Texts) is operated by Eleni’s Pizza Works, 6711 15th St E, Sarasota, FL 34243. By joining the Eleni’s Club on our website with the text-message box ticked, or by texting JOIN to our number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from us — Club gifts, offers and specials — at the mobile number you provide.

We may also send a text after an order you placed with us, asking how the order was and linking to a short survey. These order follow-ups are sent no more than once every 90 days to the same number and contain no offers.

Consent

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can order from us without joining. Consent is given only by ticking the unchecked text-message box on our sign-up form or by texting JOIN; we keep a record of when and how you agreed.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies (up to 4 msgs/month for Club offers), plus an occasional order follow-up as described above.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Eleni’s Pizza Works does not charge for the messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. To rejoin, reply JOIN.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s coverage.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except our SMS provider (Twilio), which delivers the messages. See our Privacy Policy.
